If I was starting a (holistic) fitness journey all over again ...

There are non-negotiables in my approach to holistic fitness that have just become second nature to me. But, that wasn't always the case.


You might be like me. I was raised on a thought process of fitness, mental wellbeing, spirituality, career, finances, and relationships all being completely different - unrelated - realms of life.


This is not a blog to unpack all the weird messages and recommendations I had to unlearn.


Rather, it's a reflection of what I would do now if I was deciding (deciding again!) to step forward on a holistic fitness journey.


I say holistic because there is not one aspect of life that is not impacted by the way we move.
