Art of Yoga : Weekend 1

Learn the foundational elements of the 8-Limbed Path and the art of Vinyasa Yoga. Begin to find your voice right away. Leave this weekend equipped to share Sun Salutations and Ujjayi Breath so you can guide yourself (or others) through a daily practice.

 

Art of Flow : Weekend 2

Experience the power of breath-and-movement based practices. Journey through the arc of class from a physical, and subtle body perspectives. Learn cuing fundamentals for flow and form. Experience pranayama practices' effect on the nervous system. Understand the 'why' of class structure. practice.

Anatomy : Self-Paced Learning

Anatomy & Asana Application: Weekend 3

Build upon online learning with an experiential learning weekend to bring asana and anatomy to life! Students explore physical structure & basic movement science, and how this knowledge relates to sequencing, cuing action, propping & modifying postures, leading breath, strengthening the body, and regulating the nervous system.

Teaching Method 1 & 2: Weekends  4-5

Guide body, breath, and flow with empowering and precise cueing. Develop your own sequences. Lead and receive feedback. Expand your experience of Yogic energy systems and learn to co-create brave and inspiring space in class where everyone Unites. Continue sequencing work layering in theme, mood, and yoga philosophy. Explore kriya & pranayama practices that support wellbeing.

Mentorship: Weekends  6

​Hone Your Voice. Learn Fine-tune Your Skills Leading Adaptable Practices for Public & Private Classes. Chart a Personal Path.​
